When you’re looking for a purchase order for a vehicle it’s important to examine the specifics. A place to record the make, model, year, mileage, color, and options of the car is a nice illustration of this (such as heated seats, sunroof etc). Place the buyer’s name, address, and phone number in the upper left corner (under the logo). You will enter your own details here. Information on the seller must also be included here.

Then, fill in the fields below this section with all of the vehicle’s information, including the brand, model, odometer reading, and VIN number.  Add an item and below write all details about it. It’s important that these fields are accurate so that you can easily identify your new car when it arrives at your door!

Finally, fill in payment details such as cash price, trade-in value and down payment on the very bottom line of this section.
