How To Make a Wedding Photography Invoice Template

- Phone number (if people need to call you for any reason)
- Email address (this should be an official email such as [email protected])

Near you put the client’s name and mailing address. Generally, this is the bride and groom.
Next, you list all of the services that were provided to the couple so they know exactly what they are paying for. This is a very important part of your invoice and should not be skimped on, as it will make or break your reputation with your clients.
There are many ways to define prices depending on the type of photography business you have—some photographers include travel costs while others don’t; some charge hourly while others work with flat rates—so I encourage all photographers out there who want specifics on how much they should charge per photo session or product package!
You can also include your payment terms here, so there’s no confusion as to when they’ll be paying you or if there are any late fees associated with their particular package or invoice total.
If you take a deposit from each client, add that here so your clients know how much they still owe you. If the deposit is non-refundable, be sure to specify this in “Deposit Terms.” The date by which the deposit must be paid should also be included here.
